Pemberton Whiteman & Hill LLC is a legal search firm. Pemberton Whiteman & Hill adds value to our clients by reaching out to a combination of subject matter experts in passive and active career search modes. We help candidates by providing market perspective as well as an in depth knowledge of each organization’s culture, compensation model, reputation and other factors. Our searches have historically been contingent searches because we believe this approach allows us to be more consultative; thus, we are able to communicate which specific opportunities position candidates for optimal success for the long term. There are a number of factors that determine which organizations we represent.
We look at the firm’s leadership, practice capabilities, track record of profitability and many other factors. But our recruitment strategy is to take the long view so that our candidates remain happy with their decision because we helped them with the proper due diligence on the front end. In essence, we look for a good fit.
Pemberton Whiteman & Hill’s recruiters do not look to “market” candidates as a matter of course. But if an attorney has valid reasons for making an expedited move, we will endeavor to make every effort to place that individual at an organization we believe fits the individual’s practice needs, personal needs and other criteria. Whatever your career aspirations or motivations for making a firm or company change, each search is unique and is approached with the utmost confidentiality.
